     A full unboxing video (from start to end) is required to process the exchange.

    • You’ll need to ship the product to us at your own cost to the return address provided by our team.

  3. When Will the Replacement Be Shipped?

    • The replacement item will only be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  4. Return Condition Requirements

    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

    • We reserve the right to decline any exchange if the item appears used, tampered with, or has missing components.
